REAL 607 - Real Estate Investment Management

Prerequisites, REAL 603 , REAL 605 . This course provides an overview of real estate as an asset class with an emphasis on direct and indirect investing in real estate, analysis of real estate financial securities, real estate cash flow analysis, secondary mortgage markets, and securitization. The strategic and tactical tools for the management of a real estate portfolio will be explored. Other topics include REITs and other real estate investment vehicles. Letter grade.
