Prerequisite, EMBA student. This five-day seminar launches the Executive MBA Program. Its main focus is on the requirements for sustaining superior firm performance. Topics include competitive advantage and venture analysis, performance measurement, international strategy, leadership, and ethics. The seminar includes a day visit to manufacturing plants in Mexico.
