BUS 628 - International Finance

Prerequisite, BUS 607, or EMBA 607. Introduction to international financial markets and application of the principles of international financial management. Topics include foreign exchange systems and markets for foreign exchange, determination of exchange rates, international monetary systems, international corporate governance mechanisms and management of exchange rate risk, problems unique to international operations, international sources and uses of funds, long-term assets and liability management, and capital budgeting and corporate financial strategy in an international context.
