IS 507 - Issues in National Security

Prerequisite, graduate standing. This course provides a review of the National Security Strategy of the United States, with a comparison to the strategies pursued by Russia and the European Union. It pays particular attention to the role of the United Nations, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and the role of International Law in the creation and maintenance of America’s security and freedom, especially in light of transnational threats.
