A minimum of 15 credits of the degree must be comprised of upper-division courses.

Students must complete a minimum of 12 credits from section one. The remaining 9 credits can be taken from any section, with a maximum of 3 credits in section three. Students are encouraged to spend at least one semester in Italy. Courses taken abroad may qualify for approval.
