Return to {$returnto_text} Return to: Undergraduate Degree Programs

Law and the Liberal Arts is an interdisciplinary minor that helps Chapman students reflect on the place of the law in our society, as well as prepare for law school admissions. The minor consists of courses from across the curriculum, and helps students prepare to think critically and analytically in the well-rounded way typical of the liberal arts. The minor consists of 21 credits. There are three required courses (9 credits), with the remaining 12 credits covered by a student’s electives. At least 12 credits may not be duplicated with coursework taken towards the student’s major and other minor(s). For additional information regarding the Minor in Law and Liberal Arts please contact Dr. Bas van der Vossen in the Department of Philosophy.
