SW 127 - Writing for Film and TV I

Prerequisite, animation and visual effects or creative producing or film and television production or screen acting or writing for film and television major. An immersive workshop in the building blocks of cinematic writing: character, visualization, dialogue, scenes and basic dramatic structure. Students begin with character and scene exercises and proceed to the development of short scripts. Letter grade. Fee: $75. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
