PRA 230 - Principles of Advertising


Prerequisite, PRAEM major or ad minor or consent of the instructor. An introduction to the principles of advertising and how the advertising profession develops messages and selects media that assists companies with the communication about and sales of their products and services. Students examine planning parameters, strategic thinking, message development and campaign evaluation. Letter grade. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
