FS 342J - The Gangster Film

A study of the history and impact of this most American of film genres, which was “ripped from the headlines” of newspaper accounts of the violent exploits of Al Capone, John Dillinger, and Bonnie and Clyde. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
