TH 315 - Acting Styles

Prerequisites, TH 111, TH 112, theatre performance major. This course is taken at the Theatre Academy of London during the sophomore year (spring). Coursework will focus on analyzing, comparing, and performing different acting styles, such as those associated with Poetic Realism, Commedia dell’arte, Existentialist Clowning, High Camp, and Epic Theatre. Letter grade. (Offered spring semester, alternate years.) 3 credits
