TH 230 - Screen Acting I

Prerequisites, TH 111, TH 112, theatre performance major, or screen acting major, sophomore standing. Course sections are designated by degree programs. This introduction to screen acting begins by analyzing the similarities and differences between stage and screen acting. Coursework continues into exercises instructing students on basic screen techniques and will evolve into introductory scene work in front of the camera. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
