TH 170 - Production Process: The Art of Collaboration

Prerequisite, theatre, or theatre performance, or screen acting major. This course is an introduction to the study of theatre as a collaborative art form. The emphasis is on the introduction of information that will enable students to appreciate the process of creating and maintaining viable theatre, and to effectively communicate as dedicated and disciplined theatre practitioners. The student will also learn to implement specific collaborative processes involving classroom exercises and departmental productions. Letter grade. (Offered fall semester.) 3 credits
