PT 535B - Musculoskeletal Practice Management I: Lower Quarter

Prerequisites, PT 510, PT 510L, PT 511, PT 511L, PT 512, PT 512L, PT 525, PT 525L, PT 526, PT 530. Corequisite, PT 535A. This course is the second in a four-part clinical course series designed to prepare the DPT student to be excellent at management of musculoskeletal disorders. This series emphasizes an integrated examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention approach. This course focuses on musculoskeletal disorders of the lower extremity, lumbar, and sacroiliac joints and is designed to integrate basic science principles with personal and cultural values and skills to deepen and hone professional clinical judgment. This course includes a lecture and required laboratory component. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 2 credits
