This course serves as foundation for applying proven quality principles and practices that are used around the world. The class will cover quality terms, benefits, philosophies, team organization, roles, responsibilities, dynamics, continuous improvement concepts, processes, tools, root cause analysis risk management, and supplier and customer relationships.
