MLD 696 - Leadership Capstone

The MLD capstone class enables students to construct a culminating project connecting significant leadership ideas and actions in a setting of their choosing. The course is designed to enable participants to explore the fundamental principles of designing, implementing and assessing a creative and intelligent inquiry project and to locate the significance of their theoretical approach in everyday practice and policy. The course requires a tangible project, a publishable level written paper, an oral presentation, and a representative display poster. Pass/No Pass. (Offered spring semester.) 3 credits
