MUS 251 - Sophomore Vocal Coaching

Prerequisite, sophomore standing, consent of instructor. An introductory course which focuses on the fundamental aspects of vocal coaching in a group setting. Students will study operatic arias and art song in Italian, French, German, and English. Discussion of musical considerations relating to style and textual considerations. May be repeated for credit. Fee: $100. (Offered every semester.) 1 credit
