LAW 7672 - Advanced Topic: Food Law

This course focuses on the federal regulatory framework for food and its history, basic requirements, and goals; law’s role in agriculture emphasizing large-scale production, public health and sustainability goals; and other regulations impacting food’s production, distribution, consumption, and sale. This course will satisfy the Practice Oriented Writing Requirement. 3 credits.
