The eform is located in your student center.
Tuition Billing Information
Monthly billing statements are available online through Chapman eBill using StudentCenter.chapman.edu.
Billing, payment, and general information is also available at www.chapman.edu/sbs.
A student with an unpaid balance owed to the University or a University sponsor agency will not be given a diploma and will not be allowed to enroll in further classes.
Tuition Payment Options
Option 1: Tuition payment in full by term due dates (July 20 for fall, December 20 for spring, and May 20 for summer).
Option 2: Payment plan enrollment per term with a $50 set-up fee.

Law School students (non-international) have the option of purchasing Health Insurance and Health Services Center Fee through the university.
Health Insurance for non-international students must be requested each year to maintain continued coverage. All students accessing the Health Services Center on campus must submit a Health Record Examination Form prior to their first semester of enrollment.
For questions regarding student health insurance policy, please contact United Health Care at (800-767-0700)
- The deadline to purchase Health Insurance is September 15, 2025. No exceptions.
- The deadline to waive Health Insurance is September 15, 2025. No exceptions.
Proof of Health Insurance is Required
Chapman University requires evidence of health insurance that covers students for the entire period of enrollment at Chapman University. This is to help assure that each student has the benefit of medical insurance in the event of a major medical need. The Student Health Insurance is not the same as Health Center Fee. Proof of Health Insurance is due by August 18, 2025
To purchase, waive, or provide proof of insurance, access the appropriate electronic form in your Student Center under eForms Student Business Services.
International Students
International students are automatically charged for Health Insurance and the Health Services Center Fee. A Health Record Examination Form is required prior to the first semester of enrollment. Submit the form to the Health Services Center on campus.
Parking Registration is Required
Parking is free at Chapman University. Upon registration with Public Safety, you will be provided with a virtual parking permit linked to your license plate. Further information is available at www.chapman.edu/publicsafety or you may call the Public Safety Office at 714-997-6763.
