LAW 7542 - Family Law

This course will cover California family law. It will be a doctrinal class with a final exam. The following topics will be covered: cohabitation and marriage; divorce and annulment; parentage and child custody; spousal support and property division; and domestic violence. It may also include one or more of the following topics: adoption, surrogacy, in vitro fertilization, and international child adoption. The class will be helpful for taking the California bar and practicing family law. 3 credits.
