LAW 7367 - Legal and Equitable Remedies and Practice Lab

This course presents students with an analysis of the judicial remedies available in the American system of jurisprudence. The course is designed to familiarize students with the principles of damages, restitution, and equitable remedies. All students who at the end of their first year of study are ranked in the bottom 25% of their class MUST take Remedies and Practice Lab as a graduation requirement.    Offered Every year. 4 credits.
