REAL 370 - Principles of Real Estate

Prerequisite, ECON 200  with a minimum grade of C-. This course covers the fundamentals of real estate. Topics include property types, market analysis, real estate management and development, brokerage and appraisal, legal and regulatory issues, and investment analysis. Letter grade. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
