BUS 215 - Legal Environment of Business

Prerequisite, ECON 200 with a minimum grade of C-. Introduction to the legal environment as it relates to agencies, partnerships, and corporations. Emphasis on contract law. Brief review of torts and crimes in the context of various business entities. Letter grade. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
