MUS 201B - Music, Race and Place in the U.S.

Open to non-music majors. This course will explore how popular music serves to define and articulate racial identities, as well as physical and imagined spaces, in the United States. [DEI] Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
