Prerequisites, PHRM 501, PHRM 511, PHRM 531, PHRM 592, PHRM 622, PHRM 622L, PHRM 631, PHRM 641, PHRM 771. This course starts with the exploration of developmental frameworks for teams. You will learn best practices for aligning individual and team goals. Techniques to improve teamwork, collaboration, and team productivity will be introduced.
