BUS 645 - Human Resources Management

Prerequisite, BUS 604, or EMBA 604. Students learn a systems approach to managing human resources in organizations. Topics include environmental scanning, managing diversity, legal issues, strategic HR, job analysis, performance appraisal, recruitment and selection, workforce reductions, career development, training, compensation, benefits, and labor and employee relations.
