EDUC 705 - Moral and Ethical Leadership

To explore the knowledge, wisdom and actions necessary for moral and ethical leadership and ongoing development of a personal philosophy; to build and sustain positive cultures in local, global and virtual group settings. The focus is awareness of individual, group and system values, cultural contexts, ethical issues and moral dilemmas in praxis. The theories and concepts inform understanding and application of philosophy, cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and moral agency to leadership across diversity in group settings.
