TH 230 - Screen Acting I

Prerequisites, TH 111, TH 112, and theatre, or theatre performance, or screen acing major. This introduction to screen acting begins by analyzing the similarities and differences between stage and screen acting. Course work continues into exercises that instruct students on basic screen techniques and will evolve into introductory scene work in front of the camera. Sections may be designated by degree track and/or class standing. Fee: $100. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
