Anthropology, Minor

A Minor in Anthropology requires a total of 21 credits in courses distributed as outlined below, at least twelve of which must be upper-division. Students who wish to design a minor with a particular emphasis should speak with the anthropology advisor in the Department of Sociology. Students with a B.A. in Sociology who wish to minor in Anthropology must ensure that there are 12 unique credits in the Anthropology minor.

Students must take all courses for a letter grade and earn at least a grade of “C-” in all courses counted towards the anthropology minor.

  • any AMST course
  • any ANTH course
