ACTG 675 - Directed Comprehensive Studies in Accounting

Prerequisites, ACTG 540, ACTG 541, or instructor approval. This course includes a synthesis of knowledge gained in the MS in Accounting program. The primary goal of the course is to take the rules and concepts studied in the accounting curriculum and incorporate them into a comprehensive understanding of the accounting framework. This will be achieved through a comprehensive review of material relevant to the CPA Examination, as well as covering research and communication techniques that are essential in the practice of accounting. Letter grade. This course may be repeated for credit. (Offered every year.) 3 credits
