PRA 219 - Principles of Entertainment Marketing


Prerequisite, PRAEM major or consent of the instructor. This introductory course for PRAEM majors studies the entertainment marketplace, focusing on the film, television and music industries.  The class explores marketing principles including the development of creative advertising campaigns, publicity, research, digital and social media marketing, distribution and promotional strategies. Letter grade. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
