ENG 405 - Advanced Workshop in Poetry Writing

Prerequisite, ENG 204. Students discuss, critique, and revise individual poems in order to produce work suitable for submission to a literary journal. Students examine the conventions of various forms, poetry movements, and/or individual poets to determine the areas within which they choose to work. Letter grade. May be repeated for credit. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
