EENG 514 - Advanced Integrated Circuit Design

Students explore advanced topics related to digital integrated circuit including standard cell, arithmetic circuit, memory circuit and other circuit blocks; synthesis, place and route; design for test. State-of-the-art CAD tools will be used to design and simulate the circuit. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
