FSN 531 - Special Topics in Nutrition

Prerequisite, depends on the topic being offered. Students discuss current issues in the field of nutrition. Topics may include concepts and controversy, eating disorders, cultural aspects of foods, nutrient interactions, and effects of processing on foods. May be repeated for credit.
