SCI 402 - Applying to Medical School

This course offers you the tools needed for applying to medical school (MD, DO, TMDSAS). You will learn the different application systems, how to write a strong personal statement, demonstrate your readiness through your activities, and write your applications for your chosen application systems. Topics include readiness to apply, understanding the application systems, writing the personal statement, secondary essays, and interviewing. The deliverables from this course will be the actual application you submit to the medical school application services. Pass/No Pass. (Offered spring semester.) 1 credit
