ENG 444E - Technical Communication and Social Justice

This course is designed as an in-depth study of major themes and concepts at the intersection of rhetoric, technical communication, and social justice. Students explore technical communication as a critical component of rhetoric and composition studies while learning important theories founded on the social justice turn. Students also study the work of technical writers in their roles as practitioners, educators, researchers, and social justice advocates. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
