ENGR 302 - Processes in Manufacturing

Students will be introduced to key processes used in manufacturing for a variety of industries. Students will design and fabricate components using CNC machining, casting, sheet metal forming, and plastics processes. Course projects will expose students to the fundamentals of design for manufacturing, while revealing the advantages and limitations of various manufacturing processes. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
