FSN 170 - Nutrition and Human Physiology

This course will review the structure and function of the major organ systems. Content will focus on communication between organs and hormonal influences on appetite and satiety, and ultimately how nutrition supports homeostasis. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. With consent, this course may be repeated for credit. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
