MUS 496B - BA in Music Capstone Part II

Prerequisite, instructor consent required. In this course, advanced music students choose a topic in music history, music and cultural stuies, or other music academic area that is of interest to them, and complete the process of scholarly research and writing in the field. The final product is a capstone project involving a research paper or other written component, with or without a secondary component such as a lecture. This course completes the work begun in MUS 496A. Letter grade. (Offered fall semester.) 3 credits
