MATH 450 - Real Analysis

Prerequisite, MATH 116  or MATH 210  and MATH 250 . A course in advanced calculus and real analysis. Students will explore properties of the real number system, sequences and series of real numbers, the Heine-Borel and Bolzano-Weierstrass Theorems, continuity and uniform continuity, sequences, and series of functions. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. This course may be repeated for credit. (Offered fall semester, alternate years.) 3 credits
