REAL 427 - Real Estate Law

Prerequisite, REAL 370  with a minimum grade of C-. An examination of the legal issues involved in real estate acquisition, disposal, investment, and development. Topics include the nature and scope of real property, legal aspects of real estate transactions, land use and regulation, and ethical issues in real estate. Letter grade. (Offered spring semester.) 3 credits
