POSC 304 - Citizenship in Theory and Practice

A historical survey of the theory and practice of citizenship. Topics include citizenship in the American experience; and contemporary citizenship issues such as global citizenship, the status of the environment, and the inclusion or exclusion of a variety of cultural, economic, and social differences from the political community.
