JPN 348 - Reading Japanese History

Prerequisite, JPN 202 or consent of instructor. The study of the geography, culture in different historical periods, people and society in contemporary Japan, and Japan’s place and roles in the world. The class will be conducted in Japanese. Student-centered class with discussion and research. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
