ENG 472 - Film, Gender, Sexuality

This course examines the relationship between film, gender, and sexuality. Topics covered may include: cinematic representations of gender and sexuality; GLBT issues in film; feminist film theory; censorship; transgression; screening the body; psychoanalysis and cinema. [DEI] Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
