ENG 241 - Introduction to Sports Journalism

Prerequisite, ENG 215. This class offers students the opportunity to explore the state and practice of sports journalism. Students will learn the history of sports writing as well as the fundamentals of the sports writing process, from information gathering and interviewing to writing and editing copy. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
