COM 151 - Mass Communication


From Gutenberg to social media, this course examines the historical development of mass media forms and products and evaluates the impact of mass media on cultural values, social norms and movements in the U.S. and around the world. Some sections of this course may be offered for School of Communication majors only. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option. (Offered every semester.) 3 credits
