CRPR 467 - Production Financing

Prerequisites CRPR 312, creative producing major and junior or senior standing. An overview of the various financing structures used in film and television production. Students will learn about bank financing, studio financing, network financing, IPO’s, limited and international co-production partnerships, debt swap financing, negative pickup deals, foreign and domestic presales. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
