TWP 575 - Advanced Web Video Production

Prerequisite, Dodge College major. Some sections may be open to non-majors. Create, Shoot, Launch: Potential Fame and Fortune in 14 Weeks! Learn how to conceive, post and monetize a Social Media Video Series. Students will shoot and post a full series of approximately 10 episodes; continuing series are welcome. Be it YouTube or lnstagram, Twitch or Quibi, Facebook, or the exploding global phenomenon Tik-Tok, people are launching video series that get them to their goals of fame, notoriety, revenue, etc. While no one can promise success, this class is a distillation of what works on the web. Letter grade. (Offered as needed.) 3 credits
