POSC 328 - Human Rights Law

(Same as PCST 328 .) An examination of international legal principles and institutions relating to the protection of human rights. Topics include whether and how these principles and institutions serve to improve the lives of individuals throughout the world, including the United States. Letter grade with Pass/No Pass option.
