PHYS 321 - Mechanics II

Prerequisite, PHYS 320 . Students will learn nonlinear dynamics and chaos, Hamiltonian mechanics, collision theory, special relativity, and continuum mechanics. Problem solving and physical reasoning skills will be emphasized. (Offered spring semester.) 3 credits
