PHS 611 - Pharmacokinetics

Prerequisite, consent of instructor. This course serves as an introduction to basic principles of pharmacokinetics, including compartmental and physiological analysis of the time courses of drug absorption, distribution, and elimination, with emphasis on the pharmacokinetic-based design of dosage regimen principles.
